Trees are mentioned in the Bible more than any living thing other than God and people.
The Bible begins with a Tree and ends with a Tree and the Saviour of the world was put to death on a Tree.
RELIGION: CHRISTIANITY: Cross or Tree? – Library of Rickandria
The term ‘Tree of Life’ appears ten times in the Bible, signifying the completion of divine order.
The Number 3 in the Bible represents divine:
- wholeness
- completeness
- perfection
The Number 5 in the Bible is a symbol of God’s grace, i.e. his undeserved kindness and favor to mankind.
The fifth time the name Noah appears in the Bible; he found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. Genesis 6:8
When added together we have eight, the biblical number of new beginnings, for 8 represents:
- new life
- regeneration
- resurrection
and commencement, and 8 people survived the flood.
The term ‘The garden of God’ appears three times in the entire Bible, hence denoting divine completeness and perfection.
The term ‘The garden of Eden’ appears on five occasions, hence denoting God’s grace toward mankind.
For ‘Eden’, the garden of God and the garden of Eden are two entirely different Gardens in two entirely different worlds.
Whilst for obvious reasons I cannot be certain, I would suggest that in the beginning the entire Earth itself was the original Eden, the Garden of God.
For when this present world began, and for the benefit of Adam, God planted a garden eastward in Eden.
And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. Genesis 2:8
An inference I suspect, to the eastern part of the earth.
Around 6,000 years ago, when this present aeon (world) began, God placed the newly created Adam into the newly prepared Garden of Eden.
Apart from the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the midst of the garden, every tree that grew from the ground was of a fruit-bearing variety, from which Adam could freely eat.
Hence the Garden of Eden could actually be likened to an orchard.
And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: Genesis 2:16
On the other hand, all the trees in Eden, the Garden of God, are deciduous and named as:
- the chestnut
- the cedar
- the fir
Yet one in particular was unique and unlike all the others.
The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him:
the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the chesnut trees were not like his branches; nor any tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty. Ezekiel 31:8
I have made him fair by the multitude of his branches:
so that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied him. Ezekiel 31:9
Please note, these Trees are symbolic of mighty personal beings, the one in particular in reference to Lucifer, the anointed cherub, the only person named in the scriptures as once having been in Eden, the garden of God.
Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold:
the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Ezekiel 28:13
I think it also worth noting that after having fallen, Adam was cast out of the garden of Eden, whilst the fallen Lucifer who had been in Eden the garden of God, was cast out as profane from the mountain of God.
By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned:
therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: Ezekiel 28:16
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. Genesis 3:24
High Ones
When prophesying of the Assyrian (a name for the Anti-Christ), ‘the day of visitation’ and the desolation which shall come from afar, Isaiah makes an interesting observation, for he records that although haughty in character, the term ‘high ones’ refers not to their proud demeanor, but to the great height of their stature, and I really don’t think he was talking about a group of men who just happen to be ten or twelve feet tall.
The prophet of God was talking serious giants.
Between them, Ezekiel and Isaiah show the Assyrian, who is also of high stature, to be one and the same person as Lucifer.
Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs. Ezekiel 31:3
The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him [the Assyrian]:
the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the chestnut trees were not like his branches; nor any tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty. Ezekiel 31:8
Thou [Lucifer] hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering,…. Ezekiel 28:13
While speaking a proverb against the human king of Babylon, just like Ezekiel his counterpart, the prophet Isaiah also simultaneously addressed the malevolent spirit person operating unseen in the background.
He also likened a group of persons (angels), to cedars in Lebanon, and how one in particular, was considered to be untouchable.
Yet the prophet has named the now fallen ‘untouchable one.’
Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller [axe-man] is come up against us. Isaiah 14:8
Behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, shall lop the bough with terror:
and the high ones of stature shall be hewn down, and the haughty shall be humbled. Isaiah 10:33
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! Isaiah 14:12
Now please don’t get me wrong here.
I’m not suggesting for one moment that table-top mountains or mountains in general, are the petrified remains of fallen angels.
Yet in a strange and unexplained way the high ones who frequented Eden, the garden of God, seem to have had a personal connection with trees.
Maybe those living trees were in effect a celestial portal, giving angels access between heaven and earth.
I really have no idea.
But I do believe the scriptures indicate that enormous trees once stood upon earth, and for whatever reason, yet by the decree of God, those gargantuan primordial trees were hewn down and destroyed.
Yet He demanded their stumps were to be left firmly rooted in the ground.
Why?
For man’s benefit today I suspect, as a sign that the heavens indeed do rule.
So yes, it’s quite possible, that presumed ‘geological’ features, such as Devil’s Tower in Wyoming, are in fact, the petrified stumps and root-systems which were left in the ground, when the gargantuan trees were hewn down, back in the primordial world.
Either way, it would seem that everything we’ve taken for granted concerning the surface of the earth has been based upon mistaken identity.
For what academia would have us believe to be sedimentary layering that has developed over millions or billions of years, is the permineralized tissues of some type of gigantic, biological entity, that has molecularly transitioned to stone, most likely in a mud fossilization process.
Much of Geology is Biology, not molten rocks evolving over time from a theoretical big bang.
Visual evidence for this can be found at the YouTube channels ‘Mudfossil University‘ and ‘Tyson’s Mud fossil Adventures‘.
Here you will see 100% evidence of a 600 ft long exposed section of a bilipid membrane from a leviathan creature, the size of which is literally off the charts.
Furthermore, Harvard and Max Planck Universities have certified that mud fossils and what erodes from mud fossils as mud, contains DNA as 100% valid, exactly as Mudfossil University has claimed.
When researching this most bizarre phenomena, one’s worldview largely depends upon what sort of lens, window, or looking glass, we are seeing through, and there is no better lens to peer through than the word of God.
A glimpse back into the deep past, the heavens and earth of old, of an age which ended abruptly, and a world which was plunged into darkness, the deep, the bottomless pit.
Let there be Light
Often referred to as ‘The Genesis Gap’, there’s a teaching contained within the pages of the AKJV, the completeness of which, has been systematically removed from most all other versions of the Bible.
For a major cataclysm occurred in the distant past, a deluge of such intensity, that the earth God had created for the purpose of being inhabited, was plunged into total darkness and became a watery wasteland, desolate and barren.
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1
For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited:
I am the LORD; and there is none else. Isaiah 45:18
For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: 2 Peter 3:5-6
I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. Jeremiah 4:23
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Genesis 1:2
The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen. Job 38:30
And God said, Let there be light:
and there was light. Genesis 1:3
And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.
And the evening and the morning were the first day. Genesis 1:5
And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
And God called the dry land Earth. Genesis 1:9
Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they [ mankind] are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth. Psalms 104:30
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day:
wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:11
Note the precise grammar, and how ‘the sea’ is separated between two commas, for as we will find out later, this is not in reference to any sea on earth.
In fact, there is no reference anywhere in the Scriptures, of God creating any individual sea on earth.
The harsh reality is, that from the moment God said:
‘Let there be light’, the heavens and the earth were destined for a fiery destruction.
For it is written:
”But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.” 2 Peter 3:7
it is very likely that each of the 6 days represent a millennium, hence the world or age beginning with Adam, will last for a total period of 6,000 years.
