In Matthew 17, Peter, James and his brother John accompanied Jesus to a high mountain.
There, they witnessed his transfiguration with shinning face bright as the sun and his clothes became white light.
This radiation of the aura is recorded as an attribute of many of the saints and sages in history. Jesus’ spiritual force was extraordinarily powerful.

And because:

had known of Jesus’ virgin birth, they accepted him as the literal Son of God.
A bright cloud covered them with shadow and a voice from the cloud said,
“This is my Son, the Beloved, he enjoys my favor.
Listen to him.” (Mat 17:5)
Matthew 17 (KJV) – While he yet spake, behold,
God knows his own.
To be a son of God (or a daughter of God) is the most important attainment in Life, something everyone should strive for.
However, each has their own attainment and purpose in Life, not all are interested in becoming saints and seeing God.
But the more, the merrier.
