On April 24, 1881, The New York Times headline read:
THE RUSSIAN NIHILISTS; THEIR CREED AND WHAT IT MEANS.
THE IDENTITY OF NIHILISM WITH TARTARISM–ASIATIC NOMADS SEEKING TO DESTROY WESTERN CIVILIZATION–THE PRESENT CZAR’S DANGER.

“What is Nihilism?
What is behind its terrible formula:
“Our mission is to destroy all that now exists; the task of the next generation will be to build upon our ruins?”
Its acts and declarations are monstrous; humanity condemns, without a dissentient voice, its foul crimes, but even monsters are obedient to a law of some kind.”
Like many other parts of the world, America is littered with the footprints of an earlier civilization.
A people which in many ways, seem to surpass the technical ability of the earliest American settlers.
The 50 State Capitol Buildings of the United States for example, appear to have been constructed far earlier than the official given date of between 1885 and 1900.
Not only would they take more than a couple of years to construct (even in the present day) they were also rarely photographed while under construction, and evidently no blueprints are available.
This should come as little or no surprise, considering that all of the US Capitol Buildings, which have domes with rotundas were likely built by the same people, but inherited by the new arrivals to America.
That’s why some researchers point to a former world empire, of Tartarian origin, that has been erased from our history.
They hold the belief that most architectural styles and technology associated with Western Europe and beyond, actually originated with a people known as Tartarians.
They had noticed that until the 18th and 19th century, many world maps included a region called ‘Tartary’ or ‘Grand Tartary’ in the east of Russia, Central Asia and Siberia.
Tartary/Tartaria (from the root tartar, meaning savage, barbaric) was a blanket term used in nineteenth century western European literature and cartography, for a vast part of Asia bounded by the Caspian Sea, the Ural Mountains, the Pacific Ocean, and the northern borders of:
- China
- India
- Persia

The 1771 Encyclopedia Britannica describes Grande Tartaria as a vast country in the northern parts of Asia, bounded by Siberia on the north and west.
Many have questioned why after about 1812, it seems to have been erased from maps as if it did not exist on the face of the earth.
On August 24, 1999, the CIA released a classified 14-page document originally published on June 1, 1957.
On page 10 we read:
Or let us take the matter of history, which, along with:
- religion
- language
- literature
constitute the core of a people’s cultural heritage.
Here again the Communists have interfered in a shameless manner.
For example, on 9 August 1944, the Central Committee of the Communist Party, sitting in Moscow, issued a directive ordering the party’s Tartar Provincial Committee
”to proceed to a scientific revision of the history of Tartaria, to liquidate serious shortcomings and mistakes of a nationalistic character committed by individual writers and historians in dealing with Tartar history.”
In other words, Tartar history was to be rewritten—let us be frank, was to be falsified—in order to eliminate references to Great Russian aggressions and to hide the facts of the real course of Tartar-Russian relations.
And this was no isolated case.
In every Muslim area within the USSR, historians, on orders of the Communist Party, have rewritten history to distort the facts so that the Russians always appear in a good light.
Needless to say, histories which present the facts truthfully have been withdrawn and destroyed, so that the present and future generations of Muslims are forever denied the chance of learning the true facts of their nations’ past.
At this point, it should be noted that the CIA is one of the most corrupt and manipulative organizations in the world.

Especially when it comes to creating a major incident, for the sole purpose of pinning the blame for that incident on another individual, group or nation.
Al-Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden for example, who had nothing to do whatsoever, with the attack on New York City, yet in 2001 became the CIA’s Scapegoat for the destruction of the Twin Towers.
Or creating a major distraction, for the sole purpose of diverting attention elsewhere, that folk should believe a lie.
Either way, in 1981 CIA director William J. Casey said:
“We’ll Know Our Disinformation Program is Complete When Everything the American Public Believes is False.”
William Joseph Casey (March 13, 1913 – May 6, 1987) was an American lawyer who was the Director of Central Intelligence from 1981 to 1987. In this capacity he oversaw the entire United States Intelligence Community and personally directed the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
One way by which the agency could possibly achieve their goal of total deception, is by releasing previously Top Secret, classified information.
In this case pointing the finger at Russia for having falsified or hidden the truth concerning Tartarian history from the public.
For the curious might say, or at least suspect, that if the information was of such a highly sensitive nature, that it had to be kept secret for the last 40 years or so, then surely, it must be true?
”There has to be something concerning the history of Tartaria, that we the public, are not supposed to know”
they say.
”Hence why the record was falsified, to conceal the truth, and keep us in the dark.”
But this is not necessarily the case.
It’s possible, even quite likely in fact, to be a major distraction, one designed to keep those who ask questions from looking in the right direction for answers.
Hence, if there is an answer to be found, invariably it will be the wrong one.
For back in 1999, the year the CIA declassified the document, relatively few folks had even heard of Tartaria, let alone developed an interest in Tartarian history.
It’s only been in more recent times that interest in Tartaria has grown exponentially.
Who was responsible for keeping this history under wraps?
Russia of course! according to the CIA.
Personally, I believe ”Tartaria’‘ is a cleverly managed PSYOP, a distraction.

A fabricated cover story intended to influence a person’s objective reasoning and keep them from looking in the right direction.
Many researchers are now saying, the great Tartarian Empire had their own flag and was a multi-cultural empire that covered most of the Earth.
A civilization so gifted and knowledgeable, that they were able to harness the power of electromagnetism directly from the Ionosphere.
Although this remains a theory, for which there is no hard evidence, there are multiple factors, circumstantial, visual or otherwise, which when linked together suggest the theory is likely to be basically true.
In my own personal view however, to refer to this supposed worldwide empire as being Tartarian, is dangerous, for it limits one’s perception of what the Old World truly was.
