THROUGH a series of 307 amendments and a pandemic preparedness treaty, the World Health Organization is seeking to gain authority over the health decisions of all nations on Earth.

These powers would be triggered in the event of another covid-like ‘pandemic’.
The WHO would be empowered to tell countries to lock down and close:
- businesses
- schools
- pubs
and churches.
We would be forced to take an injection, whether we want to or not.
We would be forced to mask.
We would be forced to do whatever it is that they tell us we have to do.
We have never before seen this level of authority given to an international, unelected body.
Those supporting this authority for the WHO say that it is necessary to protect the world’s population, even if it means restricting some of our liberties.
Dr. Abdullah Assiri, who co-chairs the Working Group on International Health Regulations (WGIHR), said:
“The world requires a different level of legal mandates, such as the pandemic treaty, to navigate through a particular pandemic, should one occur, and it will.
“Prioritizing actions that may restrict individual liberties, mandating and sharing of information, knowledge and resources – pandemic control efforts, are all necessary during a pandemic.”

Dechen Wangmo, Bhutan’s Health Minister agreed:

Dasho Dechen Wangmo (c. 1976) is a Bhutanese politician who was a Minister for Health from November 2018 to 2023 She was a member of the National Assembly of Bhutan, since October 2018 to 2023.

U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra, conveyed the urgency:
“I wish to stress from our perspective, the quicker we can come together, the sooner we will all be safe.
“We know that the challenges we face won’t be solved by a few leaders or a few countries, but by the world coming together and fighting for what’s right.”

A member of the Democratic Party, Becerra was Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus from 2013 to 2017.
In the UK, only a handful of MPs have voiced opposition to such undemocratic moves, despite overwhelming public opposition.
The UN is being underhanded by not calling this a treaty, which would require Parliamentary scrutiny, but rather an ‘accord’ – so there is no debate about the fact that an unaccountable, supra- governmental organization will be able to order businesses shut and people injected with dangerous products against their will.
This would form a serious constitutional crisis on the nature of people’s freedom.

Supporters of the WHO and this planned ‘accord’ say critics worry too much, and that nations won’t really lose sovereignty, but it remains to be seen just how powerful the WHO, which started as an advisory body, would become, if these new emergency powers are granted.
Further, the WGIHR has announced it will not be able to meet the deadline to submit its final draft by January 2024.
Instead of doing the honorable thing by admitting its failure and postponing the consideration of the amendments until the 78th World Health Assembly in 2025, it is plotting to violate the deadline imposed upon its actions by Article 55 of the IHR.
Seventy-eighth World Health Assembly
This Article states that it must submit a ‘package of targeted amendments’ at least four months in advance of the 77th World Health Assembly, which is scheduled to be held between 19–27 May 2025.
This means the WGIHR is legally required to submit its final negotiated agreement by the week of January 22-26, 2024, otherwise it will need to wait until 2025.
The four-month period for review of the amendments is mandatory – the language of Article 55 is very clear – but the WGIHR is not planning to release the final text until the first day of the Assembly in 2024.
