I hit this after seeing a Paul Watson video at Infowars on a YouGov poll claiming 71% of Brits answered that lockdowns were either about right or not strict enough, outpolling only 19% who said they were too strict.
Paul Joseph Watson (born 24 May 1982) is a British right-wing YouTuber, radio host, and conspiracy theorist. Until July 2016, Watson embraced the label “alt-right”, but he now identifies as part of the New Right. In May 2019, Facebook and Instagram permanently banned Watson for violation of hate speech policies.
In the 18-24 age range, 78% allegedly answered that the lockdowns were either about right or not strict enough (including 51% who said they weren’t strict enough), against 13% who said they were too strict.
Watson rails against these young “bootlickers”, but he fails to question the data, which he should. I did.
The first thing I did is ask, who is doing the polling here?
It is YouGov, a polling place out of London.
But the people behind it are a huge red flag, starting with co-founder Nadhim Zahawi.
Nadhim Zahawi (Arabic: ناظم الزهاوي, romanized: Nāẓim az-Zahāwī; Kurdish: نەدیم زەهاوی, romanized: Nedîm Zehawî; born 2 June 1967) is an Iraqi-born British politician who served in various ministerial positions under prime ministers Theresa May, Boris Johnson, Liz Truss, and Rishi Sunak from 2018 to 2023. He most recently served as Chairman of the Conservative Party and Minister without Portfolio from 25 October 2022 until he was dismissed by Sunak on 29 January 2023. A member of the Conservative Party, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Stratford-on-Avon from 2010 to 2024.
He is the Iraqi/Kurdish/crypto-Jewish scumbag who was Chairman of the Conservative Party and a minister to:
- May
- Johnson
- Truss
and Sunak.
He came out of Gulf Keystone Petroleum, another huge red flag.
He was Chancellor of the Exchequer in 2022, so he is also tight with the bankers.
His grandfather was head of the Central Bank of Iraq.
When the US took over Iraq after the war, Zahawi’s father became their viceroy via IPBD, basically running the country for us, while skimming billions for themselves.
So, if your assumption was this polling company wouldn’t just make up numbers, think again.
These people will do anything and have.
They have no more concern with the truth than you have for killing a mosquito.
The other founder of YouGov is Stephan Shakespeare, real name Kukowski, Jewish of course, another very unsavory character who came out of Modern Art.
Stephan Adrian Shakespeare (né Kukowski; born 9 April 1957) is the German-British co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the British Internet-based market research and opinion polls company YouGov.
He was part of Fluxus and various Socialist societies.
Being from wealth, he married into the British peerage and took his wife’s name.
He ended up working as Baron Jeffrey Howard Archer’s campaign manager, I assume getting the job through his wife, who was some sort of cousin of Archer through the Howards.*
Jeffrey Howard Archer, Baron Archer of Weston-super-Mare (born 15 April 1940) is an English novelist and former politician. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Louth (Lincolnshire) from 1969 to 1974, but did not seek re-election after a financial scandal that left him almost bankrupt.
His Wiki bio doesn’t link the fact that Kukowski is both the head of YouGov and the head (since 2012) of the UK government’s Strategy Board, heading a review of Data Public Sector Information, but it should.
Because it means that YouGov is basically not independent, looking suspiciously more like an arm of the government.
Which by itself would make its polling worthless.
But it gets worse.
If we dig a bit on the methodology of “polling” at YouGov, we find it isn’t really polling at all.
They don’t poll the public; they poll their own “panelists”.
They claim to have 17 million panelists worldwide, including 2 million in the US.
Strangely, when you ask questions about this, you find answers scrubbed on their own site.
A video about “what it means to be a YouGov panelist” is gone, and a link to “our panel” is 404.
Clicking on their top people on the “our team” also takes us to a bunch of 404s.
But the page on panel methodology blows the whole thing, since they admit in many places it is just a huge fudge.
For each poll, 1,500 panelists are not chosen at random, they are “invited”.
The poll then sweeps up numbers from the same questions posted on the website, and those results are “weighted”, we aren’t told how.
And check out this admission:
Giving clients confidence upfront Because our panel is pre-screened, we can identify the number of people who meet certain criteria.
This means you will know the likely number of respondents available before committing any budget to a project.
Wow.
The panel is pre-screened, to give their clients any answer they want!
That’s convenient, isn’t it?
No one wants to commission a poll that gives them unwanted data.
Want to become a panelist and earn money for answering questions?
Just sign up!
So, these panelists are paid.
Where does this company get the money to pay 17 million people for answering questions?
No answer.
So, this poll that Paul Watson is quoting is complete garbage.
More government propaganda for hire, put together by the international masters of manipulation.
They aren’t polling, they are faking numbers to make you think your neighbors are stupider and more complacent than they are.
They want you to think your fellow citizens are absolute morons and “bootlickers”, with absolutely no thoughts of revolution right now.
The REVOLUTION IS NOW – Library of Rickandria
And apparently Paul Watson wants you to think that as well, since it is hard to explain why he didn’t first think to question where this poll was coming from.
Why is he repeating this hogwash?
In the last part of the video, Watson does ask in passing if this poll might be skewed.
So, does he look for other polls on the same subject by independent polling sources?
No.
He quotes yet another poll from YouGov, on support for 15-minute cities.
Once again, he doesn’t find it suspicious that Brits allegedly support them 62 to 23.
I do.
I find the whole thing suspicious, including Watson’ promotion of it.

This Baron Archer is scrubbed at thepeerage.com, but I would assume he comes from the earlier Baron Archers, which would link him to the:
- Pitts
- Amhersts
- Sackvilles
- Verneys
- Musgraves
and Windsors.
These Archers do indeed link us to the Howards, descending directly from the 4th Duke of Norfolk, confirming my earlier guess.
Archer’s son’s middle name is also Howard.
Rosamund Shakespeare is not in the peerage, or has been scrubbed from it, but the Shakespeares are currently Baronets, being also Goodmans, meaning, yes, they are Jewish.
