While doing this, you can also begin to do a relaxation exercise.
Bring your chin down to your chest, and then slowly lift your head all the way back.
Then return your head to the upright position and slowly move your head from side to side one time.

It’s also important to remember that there is no one “right” way to meditate, and what works for someone else may not work for you.
Everyone’s experience with meditation is unique, and it’s perfectly fine to develop your own style and technique as you continue your practice.
In fact, as you become more familiar with meditation, you may naturally find yourself adapting and refining your own approach.
So, feel free to experiment and don’t be afraid to make modifications as you continue your meditation journey.
The most important thing is to find what works best for you and make meditation a regular part of your self-care routine.
On a side note, some people meditate to colors and directions.

Before entering into a meditation practice, it’s important to establish a sense of spiritual protection.
This can involve visualizing a protective light surrounding you, calling upon your personal guides or angels, or reciting affirmations of safety and love.
By creating a safe and sacred space, you can ensure that your meditation experience is free from any negative or disruptive energies.
This practice of spiritual protection can also provide a deeper sense of peace and confidence, allowing you to fully surrender into the present moment and connect with your inner wisdom.
So, remember to take the time to protect yourself before diving into your meditation practice, and enjoy the transformative power of inner connection.
